Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: INR 18-24 Lakhs annually
Job Overview: We are seeking a proficient Group HR Manager specializing in US operations to lead HR initiatives for Proficio Therapy Services Group which encompasses of AGES Learning Solutions (ABA) & Proficio Speech Therapy Group (Speech Therapy). The HR Manager will be tasked with crafting and executing HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in US HR operations, adept leadership capabilities, and a track record of navigating complex HR landscapes. This role demands an individual with exceptional organizational skills, adeptness in fostering positive employee relations, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
1. Spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies tailored to support US operations within all our entities.
2. Oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with US HR regulations and company policies.
3. Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
4. Collaborate with the recruitment team, Clinical Directors, and management to understand manpower needs and client/clinic requirements.
5. Support recruitment efforts by providing insights and guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
6. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
7. Cultivate strong Employee Relations, promoting Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives.
8. Design and administer performance appraisal systems to drive Employee productivity and high performance.
9. Develop and lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
10. Implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward performance excellence at all levels within the organization.
11. Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
12. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for improvement.
13. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
14. Maintain and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
15. Proactively update management on regulatory changes and legal updates affecting HR practices.
16. Utilize HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven track record as an HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in managing US HR operations , preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC)
- In-depth understanding of US HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- People-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of best practices in talent management and succession planning.
- Familiarity with HR technology, software applications, and databases.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform HR strategies and decisions.
- Certification in HR-related disciplines (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to architect and execute strategic initiatives.
- Graduation from a reputed college/university with an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory
