Upon referral/entry a Behavior Consultant will conduct a comprehensive behavior assessment of your child’s challenging behavior(s). The assessment will include observations, interviews, and data collection on the antecedents and consequences that may be maintaining the problem behavior. The Behavior Consultant will develop an individualized behavior plan based on the comprehensive assessment. The plan will include intervention strategies, behavior goals, and how often services will be delivered.

We see parent training as an important element to the overall success of a child’s ABA treatment program. As parent involvement is highly encouraged throughout programming,  it increases the likelihood for generalization and maintenance of skills.  In addition, research has consistently found that parent training is the cornerstone to improving your child’s long-term success.
