Leanne Simon, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director
Leanne Simon discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2005, beginning as a behavior therapist. She received extensive training in ABA and Verbal Behavior under the supervision of Dr. Vince Carbone at The Carbone Clinic in New York, where she worked for 6 years. Leanne holds a Masters in Education (Special Education) from The University of Michigan and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
She is also a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Utah.Over the years, she has worked in various settings and roles, including conducting workshops, providing consultations, and supervising in home, school, and clinical settings. In 2018, Leanne joined A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions and is the Co-Clinical Director overseeing services provided in Utah, East Bay, Tri-Valley, and Contra Costa.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in spending time with her family (& dogs), reading, camping, and trail running.
