What a day looks like

  • You’ll be responsible for delivering skill acquisition programs and behavior support protocols in center, home, and/or community settings.

  • You’ll be responsible for implementing programs that target daily living skills, leisure skills, social skills, adaptive skills, and communication skills.

  • You’ll monitor the client’s progress toward the goals of the treatment plan developed by the BCBA.

  • You’ll collect data using provided clinical software.

  • You’ll work closely with the BCBA to ensure treatment plans are implemented as developed.

  • You’ll report to the BCBA if the client is not achieving the goals and objectives set forth in the treatment plan so that the BCBA can modify the plan as needed.

  • You’ll communicate effectively with parents, supervisors, and other related staff.

  • You’ll assist BCBA with conducting certain types of assessments.

  • You’ll assist with parent training goals as directed by BCBA.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • ABA experience or Paid Childcare experience.

  • Must haves : Pass TB test and Criminal background check.

  • Interest and commitment to the science of human behavior and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment for individuals with special needs.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem resolution experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.

  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with co-workers and clients.

  • Operate in a highly confidential manner and with minimal supervision and direction.

  • Ethical delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis interventions and demonstrate commitment to the mission & vision of A.G.E.S. Learning Solutions.
