Adrienne Granadosin-Deanes has been working with individuals with developmental and learning disabilities, their families, and other professionals since 1999. Her experience includes working with individuals ranging from 2-75 years of age in a wide variety of settings including schools, residential care facilities, psychiatric units, community outpatient programs, in homes, and a Non-Public school. Adrienne specializes in applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to address severe problem behaviors and to help students with learning disabilities overcome academic challenges. Adrienne received her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009.

Adrienne is the main contact person for all requests for service from school districts, parents, care homes and regional centers. Adrienne also hires all A.G.E.S. staff and coordinates staff training & development. She conducts behavioral trainings for care home providers, school districts, parents and non-public schools. Adrienne also conducts behavior assessments and provides behavior consultation services.

Since 2001, Emmylou Santos has been working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a wide variety of settings, including homes, public schools, community mental health agencies, residential care facilities, and a Non-Public school. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University in 2001 and her M.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of the Pacific in 2003. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2004.

In addition to directing her own cases, Emmylou manages agency certifications, marketing, and technology. Emmylou assists in the hiring of all A.G.E.S. staff and oversees the agency's staff development and training. She also conducts behavioral trainings, behavior assessments and provides behavior consultation services.

Adrienne Cane Ilang is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who obtained her M.A. is Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco in 2003.  Since she was a teenager, Adrienne has benefited from years of experience - first volunteering then working with various non-profits throughout the Bay Area providing direct care to children, teens, and adults with special needs.

She has been passionate about providing psychotherapy specifically to children, teens, adults, and families that have special needs since 2005.  She specializes in serving families that have a child with special needs through providing psychotherapy in conjunction with her unique background and experience to best serve her clients.

Amir graduated with a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of the Pacific. His experience includes the development, implementation, and supervision of behavioral interventions across a variety of populations including children both typically-developing and those diagnosed with developmental disabilities as well as adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.

Further, Amir served as a consultant for children crisis homes and adult day programs for individuals engaging in severe problem behavior. Amir has recently joined the A.G.E.S. team in his ongoing effort to provide quality, empirically based services.

Cherry has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 2007. She has been fascinated with human behavior at an early age. She graduated from College of the Holy Spirit with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Master of Arts degree in Teaching with Specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from National University in San Jose, CA in 2010.

Her experience ranges from in-home services, residential facilities, day programs and school facilities providing early and behavior intervention. She loves working with children. Her advocacy is to help individuals in the spectrum and make a difference in their lives. She joined A.G.E.S. in 2012 and she is happy to be a part of a great team that is dedicated and committed to providing quality service to individuals with disabilities.

Edgar graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Psychology. He completed his M.A. with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of the Pacific. Edgar recently joined the A.G.E.S team and is excited to continue making a positive impact in the lives of individuals.

Edgar has experience providing ABA consultation and intervention in schools, homes, community settings, and residential care facilities.  He was worked with children from various ages diagnosed with ASD, the mental health population, typically developing children, and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Kelly earned her Moderate/Severe Education Specialist credential from San Jose State University in 2011. Kelly joined the A.G.E.S. team in 2012. She has worked with students of various ages with autism and other special needs for 13 years in a Non-Public School setting. Kelly’s primary goal has been to discover and foster the most efficient method of communication for each of her students to help them interact successfully and positively within their environment.

Kim has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families since 2002. As the mother of a 27 year old son with Autism, she recognized the importance for behavioral support for these families and was inspired to pursue a career in Behavior Analysis.

Kim has her B.S. and M.A. in Psychology from University of Phoenix. She has completed the Behavior Analyst coursework from Florida Institute of Technology and has experience working with school districts, in-home services for clients ranging in age from 1 year to 22 years, and conducting staff and parent trainings.

Kim recently joined the A.G.E.S. team and is excited to be a part of a dynamic organization with the capabilities to effect lasting change to individuals and their families.

Senior Behavior Analyst

Sasha graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Genetics and minors in Psychology and Art Studies. She later received her M.A. from San Francisco State University in Special Education and a certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). While attending SFSU, Sasha had the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Pamela Wolfberg and participate in her Integrated Play Group (IPG) model research. She has over 11 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other neurological disorders in various capacity-school, home and community. Sasha is passionate about assisting individuals with special needs and helping them live a more independent abundant life.  She joined the A.G.E.S. team in August 2013.

Inspired by the work of his parents, a special education nurse and a pediatric geneticist, Sean has developed a strong and long-standing passion for working with children and adults with disabilities.  He has a B. A. from Bucknell University and is currently in the final stages of completing his M. A. in Psychology at the University of the Pacific.  Sean joined the A.G.E.S team in September of 2013.

Sean’s experience includes:  ABA consultation and intervention in schools, homes, and residential care facilities, working as a special education classroom assistant, participating in a number of parenting and autism focused research projects, directing a vocational rehabilitation program for adults with chronic mental illness, and teaching a wide range of Behavioral Skills Training parenting classes.
