Speaker of the House John Boehner says he’s very proud of his association with ABLE (Achieving Better Life Experience), a law enacted in December that will allow the creation of tax-advantaged savings accounts for people with disabilities.

He told Autism Speaks co-founder Bob Wright he takes personal pride for mobilizing House floor managers to separate ABLE from other tax bills so it could pass the Congress as a standalone bill.
